  1. This is likely exactly what happened, must have done it a long time ago and forgot... I will work on fixing it now. Thanks!
  2. Greetings, I noticed that I have two folders on the cache for appdata (one is Apps which it seems to have been defaulting to and Appdata with an empty data folder). where is the default set so I can consolidate to only one "appdata" folder? will it harm any dockers to switch them to appdata from apps? thanks, Michael
  3. Greetings, I have been seeing errors in the plex docker log, and did not immediately see them when searching the forums: ERROR: The argument for -length must be a positive number ERROR: Could not open the input file (No such file or directory) I have been noticing some video "stuttering" during playback (direct play). is there a way to resolve these errors or are they not any cause for concern? thanks, Michael
  4. I I have recently been seeing this issue as well, I replaced my parity disk and rebuilt one share is still showing as unprotected...cache is set to yes, but I ran mover before the parity sync... I also recently installed the Unassigned Devices plugin to move files around and do a FS conversion (though I have not started moving anything yet...was waiting until after I have a valid parity). any thoughts?
  5. Greetings, Hopefully quick question... is it possible to put a replaced data drive back where it was? I replaced a data drive and I think the new drive may be having an issue, the data rebuild has already completed. the old drive has not been touched other than taking it out of the array, the data has not been modified and no new data has been added or removed from the shares on the array. how would I put the drive back without needing to format and do another data rebuild? would New config do it or would the data be at risk? Thanks, Michael
  6. Check out the ASUS ROG Strix X370-F and see if it will fit your needs. I have been happy with mine. -Michael
  7. Greetings, I also have been considering upgrading from my current setup: M/B: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. - F2A55-M LK CPU: AMD A8-5600K APU with Radeon™ HD Graphics @ 3600 HVM: Enabled IOMMU: Disabled Cache: 192 kB, 4096 kB Memory: 16 GB Multi-bit ECC (max. installable capacity 16 GB) Network: eth0: 1000 Mb/s, full duplex, mtu 1500 Kernel: Linux 4.14.26-unRAID x86_64 OpenSSL: 1.0.2n to something with a little more power (though all I use it for is file storage and Plex). I have been considering a Ryzen build, but finding a decent MB that supports reasonably priced ECC ram has been difficult (especially with the ASUS MB's not even listing ECC ram as compatible). Any MB's I have looked at so far have been getting less than stellar reviews...so I am looking for ones that have been used and liked. I would like to spend under 200 for the MB. any recommendations? Thanks for any help!
  8. 9. is there a way to rebuild your library without losing watched status? I have started getting media that does not properly get the metadata and crashes when selected (I have removed, scanned, emptied trash, cleaned bundles, then copied files back all with the same results).I have a feeling a library rebuild (fresh media scan and fresh metadata) will fix it, but I do not want to lose the watched history for all my families profiles. Is tract.tv the only option if db repair does not work?I am on the fence about tract.tv due to their privacy policies... Thanks for any help.
  10. Greetings, is there a setup and config guide for this docker? I am currently using CP and Deluge (may add sonar soon). also jackett, cardigan, or both? Cheers!
  11. my server currently is running an AMD A8 5600 cpu, 16gb ram, 3 4tb red drives (1 parity and 2 data), and a 500gb SSD for a cache drive. so it should probably have sufficient resources. is there an up-to-date setup/best practice guide for CP and Sonarr (preferably connecting to deluge...unless another client is recommended)? Thanks!
  12. Greetings, I have an unraid system running PMS and I have been thinking about playing around with CP, Sonarr, etc...are there any cons to running them on the same system? Would it be better to run it on another system and copy files over to Plex or would that just be a waste of resources... I do not want to introduce any possible stability problems to a media server that is working very well. just looking for opinions. Cheers!
