  1. I guess you just updated it, 2015.08.15 - Admin username changed, "admin" and password "openvpn". (openvpn user gets auto removed) - Default tcp port changed from 443 to 9443. - All username/password variables removed, now uses internal database. - "INTERFACE" variable added, fixes bond0 issues. - Openvpn is now running as nobody:users. So basicly you can remove all the variables(unless you use bond0). Ahhhh... That explains it.... But I need it to be 443, can I change the settings? Not too worried about the admin/openvpn user/pass, but I really need it to be at port 443. EDIT: Switched to Bridged mode and mapped 9443 to 443, and changed pw and added the 2 users in the GUI, all good! Thanks! You can change the port in the webGui.

  3. Fist of check which driver is needed, or google your ups with "ups.conf", Hopefully just a "driver and tty connection is needed"(doubt it =P), well if it is, just enter "cutsom driver" and the driver you need. Then add the port ,example, "/dev/tty/tty0". But accoarding to my findings some more settings are usually needed in "ups.conf", so pls if you find out that this is the case post the settings etc... So i can add some way to enter/edit it in the webGui. PS, sorry about the programming, i´m glad to let you know that I killed my ups battery creating this plugin =P
  4. Thank you for the logs//output, Just noticed that runtime on battery(yours seems to output minutes) is a no go(atleast simple enough =P), will install 6.0 and buy a new ups on monday for moore testing. Aye the plugin should start on boot or upgrade if "start" is selected in plugin settings, this is handled by two different factors then starting it from "apply". *The -plg file, on reboot or upgrade * by unRAIDs webgui conf. So most likely an issue in the webgui.
  5. Is this referring to functionality that would allow another computer to be a slave, getting UPS status over ethernet from the master? Not geting status, but yes beeing a slave (lets say a vm) with nut installed. Maybe I just need to follow the link in the first post. Not really interested in this for VMs. I currently have an APC UPS. unRAID and my PC are both getting their power from this same UPS, so I want both of them to be able to respond to the same UPS events. Since the UPS only provides information from USB, my PC has to rely on its installed apcupsd getting its UPS information over the network from the other apcupsd built-in to unRAID which is getting the UPS information over USB. The main reason I would be interested in this plugin is so I could use other brands of UPS in a similar configuration. This is possible, I used to run this config with NUT when my UPS was hooked up to my ubuntu server... It´s should be simple enough to choose netserver in the config and enter the slave user from "help" however I havent tested it. Apparently discharging an cheap Eaton ups about (100 x times) pretty much kills it so I need a new UPS to get started testing again :'(

  7. Havent tried it on v 6.0.1., but if started fine with /etc/rc.d/rc.nut start? and gives an output in webgui or by ssh "upsc ups"? if i does, would you mind posting me the output of "cat /boot/config/plugins/nut/nut.cfg" "cat /etc/ups/ups.conf". However if it starts it means that there is something in the php "post" that is acting up, maby something changes in unraid 6.1?
  8. Still some work need to be done for Serial ups´s(guess they died with the battery ) and ppl running network connected ones. But should be simple enough just need some feedback on whats needed.
  9. Aye to webGui and mail, will add it to features
  10. NUT Plugin I have moved away fron unRAID I will still maintain updades(off nut core package for slackware) but no new develpment will me made NUT - Network UPS Tools - http://www.networkupstools.org/ This Plugin will install Nut Network UPS Tools, the plugin i based on the frontend of the ups settings in unRAID(apcupsd) to stream line it into the interface. However, diffrent from the built in ups "settings" NUT supports a wide varity of ups brands and models. The plugin is currently only tested with usb connection to the ups (but quite extensively). Features - Start on boot - All NUT usb drivers selectable (can set custom driver) - Shutdown on (Battery Level, Battery Runtime, Timer) - Turn off ups (needed for auto-poweron) - Settings in webGui - Stats in webGui - Compatible with powerdown plugin(using "powerdown" as shutdown command) - Notifications to webGui and email Notes * "UPS Mode:" not yet implemeted (future option for using unRAID as ups "client" for now leave as "standalone") * Click the help button on the unRAID main bar for settings explanations * Passwords and Usernames for slave nut clients (click help) (tested and works with nut clients) * "Runtime left to initiate shutdown" Be aware that different ups`s calculates this diffrently and the runtime can dip below the user defined variable while the ups recalculates, also not all ups´s outputs this value in senconds (most does), so dont use this unless you are sure you´re ups can use this shutdown mode (ask if uncertain). Install *Highly Recommend installing the Powerdown plugin: http://lime-technology.com/forum/index.php?topic=31735.0 Copy the link and paste in the unRAID plugin tab and click "install" https://raw.githubusercontent.com/macexx/plugins/master/nut/nut.plg Setup, your UPS in unRAIDs settings menu under "NUT Settings" -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Change log 2015.09.19 UPS statistics now auto updates(every two seconds) 2015.08.24 added launch from plugins menu (thanx saarg) 2015.08.23 added "blazer_ser" to drivers 2015.08.23 Public Release Fix, Restart on upgrades 2015.08.22 Uninstall fixes Fix autorestart after upgrade Make USB drivers selectable Add shutdown on battery levels Remove user/password and hardcode them (see plugin help) Moved scripts to plugin folder for 6.1 (ln -s rc.nut) 2015.08.21 Initial Release Test Version (plg)
  11. Is Network type: "host"? And if you click advanced is the "Privileged" box ticked?
  12. The error "sagent/sacli:321" is becuse openvpn havent started properly, and the sacli client cant set the default username since openvpn havent started. Is this a new install or upgrade? Cant you post the full log instead. I just updated yesterday and found that I couldn't access the webui, so I did a fresh install and am now getting this. My full log: https://gist.github.com/Holbert/c768a27ea2bfa2b0c30d Thanks for looking at this. Is there any files in your: Example, "/mnt/cache/appdata/openvpn/config/etc/"? if not try and delete the directory completly "/mnt/cache/appdata/openvpn/" in this example, and remove the container and image. then try to map the path "/mnt/cache/appdata/openvpn/" and "/mnt/user/appdata/openvpn/", sometimes one of the path works not really sure why.

  14. Seems the symlink is pointing to it self and is looping, what happens if you clear the conf ? Hope i get it wright. i change the conf mapping to a new dir, this time it does not populate any files or folders. my volume mapping is: /usr/local/openvpn_as ---> /mnt/cache/No_move/docker/openvpn_as2 *** Running /etc/my_init.d/00_config.sh... Try and remove the container and image. Files are probably removed since it senses that the directory exist and then they get removed from the container. (results in two empty directories and a symlink to "nothing") I probably should change the check for previous configuration to "sense" a file instead of a folder.
  15. Aye, All variables are removed except the new one wih is "INTERFACE".(If not set defaults to "eth0") You can now change admin password and add users and change there passwords in the webui.(Did this so user managment will be easier) Changes, - Admin username changed, "admin" and password "openvpn". (openvpn user gets auto removed) - Default tcp port changed from 443 to 9443. - All username/password variables removed, now uses internal database. - "INTERFACE" variable added, fixes bond0 issues. - Openvpn is now running as nobody:users. //mace

  17. The reason for the format of the "IP_RANGE" variable is that how darkstat conf needs to have it, and that is something only the developer of darkstat can change. Nope Darkstat will only monitor the interface traffic passes through. Best bet for monitoring the network is useing something like, Observium or Cacti via snmp.
  18. This should be the settings for your setup, Try "Wget-ing" something onto the unraid-box.
  19. Have you set the interface to the correct one?, (br0, eth0, eth1) Workes like a charm for me, tried it on unRAID, two Ubuntu servers, openmediavault and my synology.
  20. There is some change notes in the first post. Username: "admin" Password: "openvpn", I changed it so that all user credentials now is stored in the openvpn database. So that password and usernames can be added/changed in the webui. //mace
  21. I just figured out my issue... I reread the whole thread a couple times... I was mapping /config to "/mnt/user/appdata/openvpn" When I changed to "/mnt/cache/appdata/openvpn" it worked. Does mapping to /mnt/cache instead of /mnt/user/ matter for other dockers? I've used /mnt/user/Docker/appdata/ for everything, even non cache shares. Also to everyone: Does anyone have a template config file for darkstat I could look at? I have not found much on how to create the config for this docker. I´m having the same problem with the mappings, sometimes when I add a docker with let´s say /mnt/user/cache and want to recreate it I have to use /mnt/cache instead (needo´s plex docker for example) havent figured out why yet. There really isen´t any config for darkstat, its quite a tiny program. How'd you fix the webgui issue similar to owncloud? It'll try to start the webgui and can't because there's no config files. There's literally nothing that was downloaded besides the program itself. http://puu.sh/jBCit/6f2ccc848f.png I have every port opened on my internal network so it's not a closed port. Have you edited the advanced section like this? If you are using a bridge its better to set the netwotk interface to the eth interface for caputering all traffic. Thanks, I never knew about that part of Docker even after reading the wiki a few times. I was able to connect and somewhat get my graphs to work, though it doesn't seem to want to display correctly even after changing the ip range to 1.1.1.1/255.255.255.255 to make sure I grab everything for testing purposes. Once I get this working I'll narrow the range to something reasonable. I'll see what I can find reading a few posts in this thread again. I'm sure I'm not the only one. This is what I am seeing currently: http://puu.sh/jBEgz/86378a2b8c.png (They're still counting up so it's still grabbing packets) Takes some time for the graphs to show, "1.1.1.1/255.255.255.255", this isen´t an ip-range that would mean ip "1.1.1.1", if you want everything it should be "0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0". However that isent what the capture "range" means in this case it´s just so Darkstat knows how big the local subnet is, it will still capture traffic from outside the range "in" and "out" from it.

  24. That is however a pretty generic error. - "Couldn't listen on any:/config/config/etc/sock/sagent:" Im guessing since something else dosent start the directory is empty and that throws the error. I just ran the './usr/local/openvpn_as/bin/ovpn-init' script and i noticed that permissions get a bit wonky since it gets run as root, had to do a chmod -r 777 on the unRAID share.
  25. I'm having issues with the OpenVPN WebUI. I've cleared the old config, re-installed multiple times. Based on the openvpn.log it seems to be in a continual restart loop. It worked for a couple days prior to failing. I've tried many things including removing and re-downloading with a clean install path. I even tried the SQL commands but it didn't help. I'm not sure I understand what they are trying to change. Any other ideas? Thanks. Looks like openvpn cant get access to an interface or a port is in use. Is Networktype set to"host" and Privileged ticked? Is anything useing ports, 443 943 1194? ssh and "ps -aux" Are you as the other guys running bonding on your network interfaces? The sql commands change what default interface the openvpn deamon etc listens on, shouldent be needed to fiddle with that thou, not completly sure but think by reconfiguring openvpn-as with the built in script should yield the same results. - Enter the running container with 'docker exec -i -t <ID> /bin/bash' - Run: './usr/local/openvpn_as/bin/ovpn-init' and configure it as you want. //mace
