Update: Revised iso is working but the VirtIO-drivers seems to not be loading. Trying a second time now.

Should VFIO allow unsafe interrupts be enabled or disabled? I have about 20 mins of waiting for the ISO to be downloaded..

That would explain a lot even though i tried to download it twice, I´ll try to download the ISO again. Thanks for the speedy reply!

It just throws me into the virtual bios after writing exit and gives the initial windows boot error i posted when i press continue in the bios window.

First attempt:

I have one situation where i Get a black Window with a _ symbol blinking followed by the windows boot logo hanging(evidenced by the vm pausing itself), and in instance two I get some kind of UEFI-related error. See attachment.

Hello to everyone in the Unraid forum! I have dabbled with Unraid before but now i´m quite stuck. I have started configuring a new Unraid array in a 4 U Supermicro-server, but im unable to proceed to a point where i can install one or more Vm´s. I have already enabled all needed BIOS-settings needed. I have tried both kinds of BIOS and different VirtIO drivers. Attached is my configuration file. Please advise me on how to setup a simple VM with GPU passthrough. Many thanks for any assistance! The safest for you is to wait for the final release. A release candidate is for experienced users only. If you use it on your regular array, you might lose data or run in to complicated issues.

The only share visible right now is flash. I disabled my adblocker on tower.local as suggested. No luck unfortunatly. I'm starting to wonder if this is some kind of wierd bug..

Interestingly my docker containers are intact and running. I have initiated a parity check. i would suggest you do the same.

Hi. I have unraid 6.1.7 currently. Some time ago i had a disk issue and shutdown my Unraid-server and updated it now after a while. The only new changes i have made is to replace the old failing disk with a new one, and upgrade my Unraid version. Today i discovered that my user shares has disappeared. When i try to recreate the user shares i get the message attached here: http://bildr.no/view/enZibThL This happens when i recreate old shares, and also when trying to create new ones. Sysinformation is attached. Hopefully someone can help me further along. I have started a parity check to see if it can correct the issue. As you have to reduce the number of possible drives from 25 to 24 in the PRO version for instance to add a cache drive, i believe the previous statement is correct. You will need a new license.

Hi. I have a unraid server running with six drives and a cache. I have enabled user shares, and started populating data. to add a layer of security, i have enabled private shares. What i don't understand is why i can no longer connect to my user shares over the SMB protocol with my supplied credentials.. I have a default root user with password, and a separate Administrator user with R/W rights applied on all shares i wish to have access to. For instance Media. The system log is attached and i would greatly appreciate any help given. I have tried various ways of logging in such as tower\administrator, TOWER\administrator, tower\administrator, WORKGROUP\administrator and similar.
