  1. Docker template port comes up n/a for container port when loaded with add container.

    This is my template:

    https://github.com/paulpoco/docker-templates/blob/master/paulpoco/flexget.xml

This what the 1st time edit screen looks like:

Now is this doing this because I set Network to "none" and am using extra param of --net=container:binhex-delugevpn ?

So far I cannot access the webui at host:5050 .

  2. Now that DockerHub on the free plan doesn't you build anymore I am just going to use Binhex-DelugeVPN.

I did find a Docker on DockerHub for Flexget so I made a template for Unraid.

I have the template use extra params to use the network of binhex-delugevpn.   Seems to work fine.   Haven figured out how to connect to the Flexget webui, although the webui isn't really needed and if you want to manually run Flexget then use console.

@binhex how do I access the webui of a Docker that is using the network of -net=container:binhex-delugevpn ?

Edit: I solved with question Q24 from VPN FAQ, all working as needed   https://github.com/binhex/documentation/blob/master/docker/faq/vpn.md

It is free for pushes and pulls (limited) I'm assuming what you are referring to is automated builds on docker hub infrastructure, this is no longer free, check out GitHub workflows instead.

Thanks will check that out.  I used to manually go into DockerHub and manually trigger a build.

I think I will make a stand alone Flexget and use the Network of none and extra params --net=container:DelugeVPN.   Too hard to maintain my DelugeVPN-flexget.

In the end I went with a Corsair RM650X. One thing that I hadn't thought about was the number of SATA connectors that provided on the cables.

I know this reply is for your post from 5 years ago.

I have the same power supply and am thinking of proactively replacing mine(from 2015 and my APC battery from 2015 just went too).  Have you had any problems with the Corsair RM650x?

  5. I am looking to do the same thing.

Need 2 GPU and 1 HBA 9211-8i.  Do I need a PCIe x1 GPU(I see some GT710 x1 ones on Amazon) for unRaid to boot into so I still had the 3 full size slots?

I looked at the ASUS AMD AM4 Pro WS X570-Ace MB but don't know how good the IOMMU groups are like.  $470 CAD 3 PCIe 4. 0 x16 (3-Way x8/x8/x8), 4 SATA ports.

    I looked at the AsRock X570 Creator but it is really expensive at $662 CAD.  AQUANTIA 10G LAN, Intel Gigabit LAN, 3 PCIe 4.0 x16(x8,x8,x4), 3 PCIe 2.0 x1, 8 SATA3, 1 Hyper M.2 (PCIe Gen4 x4 & SATA3), 1 Hyper M.2 (PCIe Gen4 x4)

Looking at AsRock x570 Taichi $440 CAD

ASRock X570 TAICHI RAZER Edition $570 CAD same as regular Taichi but has 2.5G LAN, wifi(not needed), BT(not needed)

Other bit unsure is ECC memory really needed?  I use ECC in my current system.  It just gets more confusing as to how they describe ECC compatibility.

I found this on an ASUS but probably only applies to ASUS:

  6. I have an older motherboard with 6 SATA all for SSDs.  ASUS M5A97 R2.0.

Can the ports go bad but still work?

Cause: generate Burst plots over the LAN to a SSD setup as a single disk btrfs pool and shared.  So the plotter program would write 4GB at a time to a fully allocated 240GB file.

Result: nuked a Win10 install on another SSD, in boot repair loop.  The main Cache SSD pool got all kinds of errors.  System never crashed.  I stopped the plotting program.  And removed(left as unassigned) that SSD pool disk I was plotting to.

Edit: cache 2 disappeared.  I did reboot to make sure if it came back so diag file might not show everything.

  7. Make a Docker's log show up in the Log drop down popup window?

    https://hub.docker.com/r/pocconsortium/scavenger

Got the container to work but how would I make the container's log file be connect to?

    image.png.0f6c5463762ac48e1db12317387265e9.png

Right now it is just blank.

I can open the Docker's console when running and navigate to the log file but it would be so much easier to click the Logs in the dropdown.

What would add to the edit screen to connect the internal log file to the dropdown logs?

Around that, and it is logged as a disk problem, though it can be intermittent, SMART test will confirm, but in any case good to monitor that attribute, if it keeps climbing there will likely be more errors soon.

Ok ran the extended SMART test, I think Unraid said the test came back with no errors.

Unraid continues to give the popups with the Orange text that there is a warning.
