  1. Thanks to everyone who offered suggestions. Someone mention bad paths being stored in memory. I checked all my other dockers and they were fine. so I checked plugins and the appdata backup was referencing a path to a drive which used to be attached (no longer there) via unasssigned devices!
  2. Well I fixed the path error pointed out in a previous post for libresonic. no luck. Now after a day after a reboot I'm at 86% of 32G used. latest diagnostics attached. Once again any help would be very well received vhs-diagnostics-20170227-1832.zip
  3. I've modified the docker setting and will monitor my server closely over the next few days.
  4. I had been using the File Integrity plugin. I removed this earlier following advice from another topic even if is not the plugin mentioned. Just to see if there is impact. thanks for the suggestion anyway.
  5. df -h /var/log Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on tmpfs 128M 3.6M 125M 3% /var/log so it doesn't appear to be out of control logging. I'm not sure what other useful information the diagnostics tell us. at this point I'm still sitting at 86% but would expect to be at 100% before the day is out. her is a full df -h df.txt
  6. Upon further investigation within var there is a bunch of stuff which looks like btrfs volumes. If that expected. Looks like a lot of docker stuff from what I can see. Also looks like var is mounted as part of rootfs.
  7. Thanks for the reply. I've had a good look around these topics. They are either unresolved or they are unrelated to the issue I am experiencing. ive looked at my diagnostics but they don't see anything out of the ordinary. But some of the stuff in there is way over my head
  8. Since the 6.3 beta testing I've had this issues where the rootfs would fill up to 100% At this point that all dockers would crash out and the system is pretty much useless. At this point a diagnostics command fails due to lack of space. The only option I have at this time is to reboot the server. This time I've managed to catch it at 86% please find diagnostics attached. Any help would be appreciated. vhs-diagnostics-20170226-1126.zip
  9. Imho you want your sab to use your cache drives as all of the little files are created and deleted and the downloaded files building before being unrared will mean that parity will be getting written a bucket load. All for transient files.
  10. Worked for me. I'd been having trouble getting this to work. Cheers!
  11. Did you make sure the config file still has your api key?
  12. I have the same board and I have Iommu enabled. All the appropriate can be found in the bios and can be turned on there. Unless of course you bought the wrong stepping of CPU. One of the early steppingstone of the 2670 v1 don't play well with VT-x and VT-d You may want to flash the latest bios for your motherboard.
  13. I think any drives used in the array or the cache'd drive won't place nice with partitioning. Why don't you run your server OS as a VM?
  14. The AOC-SASLP-MV8 is a raid controller. Som raid controllers even in JBOD mode if they have one don't expose the correct raw access to the drive that unraid requires. Could be your issue here, I'm sure someone with one of these cards will chime in. Cheers, David
  15. +1 will try run it from dockerhub but would love a template. Any takers from our wonderful people who have the mad skills need for template creation?
  16. Hey rory4881, From my build the Icy-Dock MB975SP-B 5 Drive Hotswap Flexcage (£113.63) looks very good.cthe on I've priced is from scan.co.uk. I don't need mine quite yet, plus it's a 5 drive hotswap. Cheers, David
  17. Getting antsy now! More deliveries today. I have everything I need to build except a case and CPU coolers. Quite essential bits of kit All my hard drives are out of my old HTPC case. So I am raring to go! I don't have a dispatch email for my case yet so that's narking me off a bit. No doubt it won't arrive till next week or something.
  18. If the drive has filesystem corruption, so does the emulated drive. So if the emulated drive is stuffed does that mean that parity couldn't be used to rebuild the array onto a new drive? If this is the case then what is the point?
  19. I'm assuming if you remove the drive that unraid will emulate the drive contents. Get a replacement drive asap and then when you insert this you should be able to rebuild the array based on parity. I assumed this was the benefit of unraid. If anyone more knowledgable can pipe in please do so Cheers, David
  20. It seems I was a bit over optimistic when it came to when my motherboard case and cup coolers will arrive I had hoped to have all the bits in place by tomorrow! The only thing that has arrived so far is a pcie USB card which has 2 external type A USB ports and a type C USB 3.1 port. It also has an internal header for connecting up my front IO panel on my case. Suppose I just need to be patient! Outstanding items purchased but not delivered: Motherboard Case CPU Coolers 2nd set of memory to take me to 64GB
  21. Thanks jonathanm I think I answered my own question as you posted. Appreciated anyway!
