You have 2 Options
1. Set subnet to 255.255.0.0
2. Change br.90 lan group to be the same as eth0

Hello I installed https://hub.docker.com/r/niiknow/vestacp container in UNRAID 6.6.7. i need to do some commands like sudo docker exec $CONTAINER_ID cat /vesta-start/root/password.txt to get password. But I just can´t. I´m not sure if I shouuld choose shell or bash in docker config. COuld anyone help please?
I also tried some reccomended commands with error:
root@54cf4e70d3f3:/# docker exec -it vestacp bash
bash: docker: command not foundLooks like your running docker-cli command inside a docker container, try using the unraid terminal instead of container shell
Or you could just use passwd -u root to change the password

By default unraid use :latest tag if the user does not specify the tag, however eclipse che does not have any image on that tag instead the image is on the rc tagI just broke my server trying to add some drives using a friend's PSU SATA power cable. Guess I found out the hard way that those are not standardised...
Anyways, I'll give this a go as soon as I have it back up. What is the :rc supposed to do actually, is it some flag to pull a specific release from the repo?
Thank you for your suggestion, I'll post my results as soon as I have them

Can you change the repository to eclipse/che:rcAh that explains why I could find so little about it, thank you for your reply Jidovu!

I have had Homebridge with gui installed for awhile but now I can't seem to get the gui to load. It gives me a connection refused error.
Thanks
Steven
Can I have your container log please

Hello, I can't seem to get Homebridge GUI to load either in host mode or using bridged mode. I must be missing some parameters to get it to work. I can' get get the web gui to load. I have a gui version running on a Synology NAS and I want to move the role over to my unraid NAS so I can get rid of the Synology. What am I missing?
Set it to host mode and send me the container log

Thank you, I added that command, and from the logs I can see it being installed but I get the exact same error.
I consoled in and entered the commands below to see if lidfdk-aac was enabled in ffmpeg
ffmpeg -buildconf
--enable-libfdk-aac
I get "--enable-libfdk-aac: not found"
After some reading I think the problem is ffmpeg needs to be compiled with libfdk-aac included, but I have no idea how to do that.
https://github.com/dgreif/ring/wiki/FFmpeg#homebridge-audio-support
https://github.com/nicholasrobinson/ffmpeg-homebridge
Any suggestions? Not sure how difficult it is to incorporate that into your docker.
Thanks!
You could try to fork my Dockerfile and add your custom ffmpeg to it
use
FROM siwatinc/homebridge_gui_unraid
RUN [YOUR COMMAND]

Hello friends,
I am facing a problem here which is funny because usually unraid guides are so detailed and widely available but I am afraid not when it comes to OnlyOfficeDocumentServer & OnlyOfficeCommunityServer
I looked every where for guides on how to install them on my unraid and get them working but nothing is out there
Can you please tell me what should I fill in the install template for each one
networktype, what ports should i give each one since port 80 is already taken by the machine
any folders to create?
anything else to be filled in or changed to install ?
Thanks
Just change the port to any free one

Add it to apk packages environment variableHi @Siwat2545, I'm using the Ring plugin, video works but I have no audio, I'm seeing the message below in the logs.
[Ring] Streaming video only - found ffmpeg, but libfdk_aac is not installed.
Do you know if there's a way to get libfdk_aac installed/enabled with your docker?
Thanks!

It was erroring because it wasn't a valid IPv4 address, I feel dumb now lol. So I've got it set to 192.168.1.3 and it's working fine, thanks for your help
One oddity though, the WebUI from unRAID's Docker list page defaults to [set.IP]:6025, even though I've left the port at the default 3000? I tried setting that to 6025 but that didn't work since it doesn't have an allocation for that port. It's not a huge issue since it appears to be working fine as long as I manually go to that address myself, it just seems... odd, that it's not landing on the correct page
Yea Its my fault I need to edit the [WebUI=

Okay, I must really be missing something because it's still refusing to work.
So here's a rundown of how I'm trying to set this up, I'm sure the error is obvious but I don't have enough docker experience to see it:
Network is running on a Linksys router, so subnet is 192.168.1.0/24
Router is at static IP 192.168.1.1
unRAID is at static IP 192.168.1.2
I just tried to set AdGuard Home to 192.168.1.3:80 in the docker configuration page, but it said something like "command failed" and became an orphan image after that attempt, and obviously leaving it in bridged mode just makes it so it never starts
Any suggestions?
What exactly is the output (error message)?
btw set it to 192.168.0.1.3 no 192.168.1.3:80

So rather than simply Port=3000 (for example) it has to be Port=[local.network]:3000?
No change the network type to custom and the IP is (container static IP):80

Could you elaborate on this? I'm trying to add the AdGuard Home container and every time I try to start it I get an execution error. Are the default values for paths/ports not enough?
The default network value must be changed to use its own IP address
-
Please change your working dir and config dir to /mnt/user/data/unraid/docker/workingdir
and /mnt/user/data/unraid/docker/config respectively
Also it's a good idea to give adguard container a dedicated ip

Yup I patched my kernel and it is fixed but you should wait for a Linux kernel that fix this reset bug, patching the kernel can be ... Let's say messySadly no. That still persists but I can live with that now I got system even partially running so I can set my Steam lib gaming rig for GF while I run some Apex. Kernel patch should fix this, you say?
Today I try to combat those audio bugs and later I'll set up couple USB hubs for easier device access and switch.

I have minor audio issues, but I guess I am past worst problems. I hope. Thanks bastlanyway for replying, and thanks Siwat2545 where ever you are [emoji14] In to the new misadventures!I'm here son 🙂
BTW did you managed to survive a VM reboot without kernel patch?

Actually
Yes
Yes. Yes.
---------------------
For those that're wondering, I just clone Unraid-DVB and add "cd /mnt/user/patch/Unraid-DVB/build_scripts/kernel patch -p1 < ../vega.patch to the line before the makefile process compile the kernel (Like in the picture)
Then I just copy bzimage-new, bzmodules-new to the flash directoy
and change the kernel line in syslinux to use the newly created file
*EDIT:
If you do attempt this process, I'm not liable if you break you shitIf you already broke it, download a new unraid os zip file from unraid.net then copy bzroot and bzimage and bzmodule to replace your broken one

Can I apply patch to the unraid Linux kernel?
I'm looking to apply this patch to the kernal
Do I need to build unraid from source? or can I just patch the bzimage / bzroot
