Sometimes you just don't have a Ethernet node handy. I was wondering if you could could create a interface for it.

Wouldn't that mean that I wouldn't be able to use it with my motherboard as the motherboard is UEFI based? I have the graphics card working natively... You're right in saying that maybe it's an older card as it's a GTX 470. I just checked to see if it works with my Titan X and it worked. But it's not what I want to use .

Hi All, If I use SeaBIOS the passthough of the GPU works, although if I use OVMF it doesn't. I can use VNC fine. Thanks in advance.

Could I ask how you got OVMF to work on the R5E? Everytime I try I get no graphic output on the screen although if I use VNC I just get a shell.

Hi All, By chance does libvirt use the network for usb devices? My mouse goes laggy when downloading on Steam, but when thinking about it Steam also uses the disk which means PCI devices too. Also if I use CPU-Z I notice that the RAM frequency isn't very stable and no where near my physical RAM's speed. Any ideas?

It turns out all I needed to do is update my BIOS, even though previous BIOS's worked.

Ok I enabled 4G decoding. Ubuntu works perfectly, but Windows 10 is still a problem.

Well yes the console appeared to be frozen, but at the same time SSH stopped working and so did the web gui. Even if I use VNC I have the same issue. I haven't looked at the 4g decoding and do have the option I'll try that now (I can't find the option now). Also caps lock gets stuck too, so yes it's an entire system crash.

I can't do that, once the VM starts the whole thing crashes. I'll try Ubuntu soon.

Just got to 1% that time, seems like the same problem just with an instability somewhere. I just don't know what else to try.

Ok I set the PCIE to gen 2, and set the machine type to i440fx version 2.4 (set it to 2.4 accidentally). It then got to the installer and crashed at 11%. I'm not sure if it crashed due to me using the web interface at the same time (even though I know that it is independent of the web interface). I changed it to i440fx-2.5 and nothing came up on the screen, not even the boot loader. Hi All, I have setup a Windows 10 VM and everytime I try to start it the whole system crashes and I have to hard reset it, although strangely enough I get the bootloader screen but nothing more. this version of UnRAID it appears that the network bridge is already set up and can't see that being the problem as other forum posts suggest. I have also tried enabling the ACS override as other posts have suggested too, but that didn't work either and I didn't think it would as my IOMMU groups look good.
