  1. So if I understand correctly. The mariadb needs to be on port 3306?

    I also noticed that there seems to be no AppData Config Path in this template. Can I simply add one or does this have to be done for the template?

    Thank you very much for helping!

  2. So I tried to get your leantime package up and running. But I have no idea why it's not working.
    I think I set up mariadb correctly since I've done it plenty of times with nextcloud, mattermost and others.

    I just don't know how to fill out this template.
    This is how I did it:

    What am I doing wrong?

  3. So I'm trying to set this up on a second unraid machine. use the same domain but with a different subdomain and at a different location so with a different public ip.

    I want to use the same domain as I have on my other location/public ip/letsencrypt nginx docker.

    My problem is that I can't port forward with the router at this location. It is only allowing me to ports that are the same for internal and external. Since the Modem/router is provided by the isp and isn't allowed to be exchanged the only option I saw that I could do is wildcard/dns verfication.

    I'm now unsure how to get around this problem. So If I use several subdomains already for let's say cloud.mydomain.com, xyz.mydomain.com, ....
    Can I set up a wildcard with dns verfication under a subdomain of my domain for example location.mydomain.com so it the wildcard only covers things to the left like cloud.location.mydomain.com,... but leaves the certificates for the already working letsencrypt/nginx docker working.

    If the above isn't possible my second idea would be to give the custom network or proxynet as spaceinvader calls it in his tutorial its own ip adress. So put multiple dockers on that same network with the same ip adress. Is that possible? What's the command for that?

    I hope this makes sense.
    Thank you in advance!

    You're welcome. Make sure this area of your config.php looks like this.

    'trusted_domains' =>
    array (
    0 => 'unRAIDIP:NextcloudPort',
    1 => 'nextcloud.server.com',
    ),
    'trusted_proxies' => array('unRAIDIP'),
    'forwarded_for_headers' => array('HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR'),
    'dbtype' => 'mysql',
    'version' => '18.0.0.10',
    'overwrite.cli.url' => 'https://nextcloud.server.com',
    'overwritehost' => 'nextcloud.server.com',
    'overwriteprotocol' => 'https',

    No port for the "unraidIP" part?

    What do I exchange for "HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR" ?

    Thanks

    You might try looking this before you write it off and start over. May be able to salvage your install?

    https://forums.unraid.net/topic/48383-support-linuxserverio-nextcloud/page/8/

    CHBMB instructions for manually updating Nextcloud instance...

    Yeah I tried that, but it didn't work.

    Do you guys have any advice on whats the best way to pull the data into the new docker. When I tried to move files into the user specific folders they usually don't show up because they have different permissions. Any advice on what would be best to get that done?

  6. Hello,

    I installed this docker a while back and it worked great. I simply didn't know I had to update it from within the application.
    Now I have to reinstall. Whats the best way to go around this as I do not have a LDAP set up.

    Is there a way I can keep the files and the users? So can I just use the same data path. Or should I use a new share and move the files back in later?

    Thanks

  7. Hello,

    I'm trying to add a second media source for radarr. I want this source to be only readable by radarr, so I don't accidentally change or delete them.

    I went the following way:

    779328081_Screenshot(308).thumb.png.e0349365e0c7f32ca4bfab3dbbc5f2e1.png

    I tried all of the read only options:

    216472172_Screenshot(307).thumb.png.071beccf09a9acf0f582641256aba689.png

    My Problem is that when I try to bulk import from that second media location, Radarr wants write permission:

    1816793473_Screenshot(305).thumb.png.5577da934af56fe1f818e9dfff634bd2.png

    So is there a way to force radarr to import anyway? I know this is more a Radarr question than a UnRaid one, but maybe someone can help me or point me in the right direction.

    Thank you.

  8. So I've been trying to install a second Docker instance the way you described it in the FAQ:

    How do I install a second instance of an applications?

    There may be some use cases where you may wish to run a given application twice, with separate appdata settings, ports, etc.

    Assuming that the container runs as network type: Bridge,

    • On the Apps Tab (you do have Community Applications installed don't you?),
    • Go to the Installed Apps section,
    • Reinstall using default values the application you want to run another instance for
    • Change the name of the application, along with assigning it different ports, paths (you may need to show advanced settings to see the appdata (/config) path)
    • Hit Apply

    If the application runs as network type: Host, you will do all the same as above, but you will need to switch network type to be Bridge, and add in all of the applicable ports and reassign them as needed.  (ie: check with the support thread and/or the project URL to determine which ports need to be defined

    Alternatively, (under either Bridge or Host network types), if you are running unRaid 6.4+, then you can also assign the new instance a different IP address and keep the ports the same (bridge mode), or not define them at all (host mode).  But you will still have change the name of the application and set the appdata (/config folder) accordingly

    The thing is if I go to the already installed container, there is no "reinstall using default values". I can only "edit". When I edit, even though I changed name, ports, config location, and so on it just deletes the already installed docker files and installs them at the newly specified location.
    What am I doing wrong?

  9. Hello,

    I've recently ran into an issue after updating the Nextcloud Docker. If I try to connect to it via browser, I get the message "This version of Nextcloud is not compatible with > PHP 7.2.
    You are currently running 7.3.8."

    How would I update that? I thought this would be handled with the container update?

    The log wasn't full after I restarted. I was trying to stop the array, but it hasn't finished since a couple of hours. I'm only getting "Array Stopping•Retry unmounting disk share(s)..."

    I added the diagnostics.

    Did you ever get this solved? I tried to use ratio groups for the first time today and even though I edit the group options, they always seem to go back to default. How can I make these settings permanent? Thank you.

    At some point it just stopped resetting itself. Not sure why. At the time I just told myself to not restart or update the docker until I also have time to re-enter everything.

  12. Well I usually use the community application, but my unraid machine is apparently to slow for the rclone plugin.

    Now I need to wait for the creater/maintainer to increase the timeout before the download is dropped.

    I thought I could go around it by using the .plg file, but that one is also pointing at (/pulling from) the github repository. So I guess I'm looking at a way to install plugins without a network connection. How would one achieve that?

    Thank you.

  13. I was wondering how can I install plugins manualy? So I read on the wiki for the older v5 version that you could drop the .plg files into the plugions folder. Does that still work?

    Also were would I get that file from, if I can find the plugin on community applications? I'm having trouble finding it from the raw.github.andsoon adress.

    Thanks in advance.

    Humor me a bit and try running it again with 5.

    If that still gives you an error I'll update the plugin with a more lax timeout

    I managed to modify the .plg file myself with the increased timeout. So it installs fine.

    I would like to switch to the beta-version. Where can I find the .plg for that?

    Thank you.

  15. Still failed. So I decreased the timeout from 10s and it works down to 6s 😂
