    XFS repair fixed my very similar issues as well. Ran it on all disks, and hasn't had the issue for four days now.

    @BCinBC i found a working version number for 1.13.2. Seems like Plex is finally working properly again with this version. :) It's: 1.13.2.5154-fd05be322 I found it from randomly searching around in the Plex forums, as I also had deleted my crash reports folder.
