I found a solution in another post. It said to "force update" the container and damned if that didn't work ! sorry for wasting your time.

Hello- I hope I haven't missed something important, but I just updated to the next stable version of unraid, and now when I open the dockers (Plex pass and Sonarr (binhex)) I no longer have the option of opening the applications from the Docker Container. How do I now open the app? Sorry if I am missing some very obvious step Rob

Is Spaceinvader One still the best source for info on setting up my system with a new cache drive? I want to make sure that I do it so that it is used to it's best advantage by my existing shares. Thanks-
-
I haven't noticed that but I have gotten similar responses when trying to download subtitles. It is sporadic though.
-
OK...weird. I shut everything down and came back later and it started up. Sorry-
-
Here's the log of the update. I removed the IP from the last line and even though it says login was successful, it was to a the error that was mentioned in previous posts. logs.txt

I'm now having the same issue after updating. Is there a way to rollback, or is the "curl" the only way?
-
I was able to get Sonarr to connect by changing some of the search parametes (adding UHD and removing SD). Not sure why, but it connects now. Thanks-
-
Within the last two days, Sonarr has stopped connecting to the indexers that I use. The logs say something about a trust failure. I will add portions of the log. Hopefully there is something in there that helps, but I am lost. I appreiate your help. Sonarr log 7am.txt

Just the opposite for me. I had autoplay set to "off" but now it autoplays the next episode every time. Will reset the preferences.
-
Sorry...but what does that leave if not USB or SATA port multiplier?
-
Does anyone have any brand suggestions? Thanks-
-
And then unRaid will see the drives as internal? Thanks-

Hello - And sorry if this is a very basic topic for most of you all. My server (an HP) can only have 5 HDD's, so over the past years I have been upping the HDD sizes as needed and now had several older and smaller HDD's that I would like to find a way to use in the system. Is there a device that I can use to tie these drives into the system? I've researched, but as I am not really sure what I am looking for, I'm not really sure if I've found anything useful... Thanks-

Please help if you can. I shut down the server the clean out some dust and upon restart, the Sonarr docker works but the PlexPass does not. Could you point me in the direction I need to go for troubleshooting? Thanks, I did try to reencode the file using Handbrake, but that just changed what codec tries to play the file, nit the actual audio format, so that didn't work. I have also tried to play the files using the web client, but for some reason, even though I have a 3Gigabit transfer speed, the playback, glitched every minute or so, making the files really hard to watch (the sound worked though). I'll keep trying different things. Thanks for the input.

After more reading it appears that there are only certain audio formats that Plex supports. So unless I can add codecs to Plex for the unsupported formats, that may be that. That said, it is odd that this only started very recently. Not sure if it is a Plex update issue, or something else.
-
OK, that didn't work. Is there a way to add codec packs to Plex? thanks-
-
Great! thanks. I'll try that first thing, a similar approach helps when metadata doesn't load.
-
Not sure if this is the correct place for this, but as this is happening in binhex-plexpass, I'll give it a shot. Recently some of my videos have audio that will not play. If the audio is AC3 or EAC3, it plays. But if the audio is AC3 5.1, or HE-AAC STEREO, it does not play. All of these formats played flawlessly just recently. Any suggestions as to where to start troubleshooting? Thank you-

Solved- got it fixed. thanks for the help. I had the repository named incorrectly. Once I corrected that it started updating. thanks again-

Hello- I have Plex Media server Version 1.14.1.5488 and when I check for updates I am told that Plex is up-to-date. However I see that I can no longer connect to plex.tv because my version is too low. How can I get the update? thanks-
-
Thanks, I updated the unRaid version, and then restored a previous backup of Sonarr and everything is good again. Thank you for guidance-
-
I upgraded and still have the same issue. Do I need to re-install? Or is there another way to take care of this? thanks-
-
I upgraded to unRaid 6.7.2 and sonarr worked great until the last reboot and now it won't launch. (I've been on 6.7.2 for about 2 weeks) What logs would be needed to help me determine my course of action? I get no errors...it just sits on the launch screen. Thanks for your help- Rob Just found this in the log 19-11-19 17:54:10.5|Error|DownloadDecisionMaker|Couldn't process release. [v2.0.0.5338] System.Data.SQLite.SQLiteException (0x80004005): database disk image is malformed database disk image is malformed Should I reinstall? or is there a better fix? I'm afraid that reinstalling won't really solve the issue that caused the database problem. Thanks again-
