Hey all, I am having some issues with my Cache drive filling up, as well as my ocd kicking in an hoping the data allocation can be equal among the array.. I am not sure how the media share is set vs the plex vs the download and which one is filling up the cache.. I did recently download a lot data, but have since moved it to the media share. 1. Can the allocation of data (as it is) be better distributed towards the lesser full disks? 2. What is filling up my cache drive and how do I take care of it? 3. What is the correct setting for each share? any help is much appreciated and happy new year to everyone!

So it is fixed.. Not sure if something was not seeded properly, or it was stuck on some loading screen. I took out all dims, and put them in again, very carefully, then booted and it said settings have changed go into bios. I did, did not change anything, i saw the system was registering 32 GB and saved and exited. it reset and UnRaid is back up and running. than you all for jumping so quick to help. Happy HolidayS!

Thank you. No I used the WebUI to shutdown.

Ok. I will double check the RAM install, and/or revert to old RAM.. just to double check tho.. When doing such procedure, do I have to STOP array then Shutdown or, is shutdown then upgrade of ram and boot up, ok as far as order of operations?

I tried with VGA cable and HDMI cable and I was not able to get anything on the screen.

Ok. I will double check the install. All the stick snapped into place.. hmm from what i read about the MOBO it was compatible with the RAM. Is there a issue with UNRAID possibly?

I can not get back to the web ui after a RAM upgrade on my Unraid 6.8 server. Everything was fine, I initiated system shutdown ( i did not stop the array, was this it?), switched the ram from a single stick of: Kingston 8GB Ram Memory DDR4 2133 MHz SDRAM PC4 -17000 Model: KVR21N15S8/8 to 8 sticks of Corsair Vengeance LPX 4GB DDR4 3000 (PC4-24000) C16 Desktop Memory for - Black PC Memory CMK8GX4M2C3000C16, total of 32GB on a MSI X99A RAIDER Mobo. went to power up and it wont show up on the Web UI, and blank screen with monitor plugged it.. was i supposed to stop the array then shut down or? Please help!

Hi all, I was watching something on Plex last night before bed, when all of a sudden it stopped. I logged in to UnRaid to find that the docker for plex (and only that docker) had disappeared. All shares are fine, no data loss, unraid machine never went offline. I am totally unsure how this happened, the only changes I've recently made is to get a new router. Maybe plex tried to update and something happened? Also tried re-installing and was not able to do so. Im really lost. I've included some screen shots.

I would like your guys input on what I suspect is a simple fix, total noob here. I am trying to set an unassigned device in this case a SSD, to serve as my music drive for my Plex server. I am not able to find the drive path within Plex and I am unsure how to fix it.. I have attached pics of my settings, please if anyone could help it would be tremendous.
