    I am having the same issue. No errors while installing but grafana Appdata directory remains empty. The error I am getting from the logs are: mkdir: can't create directory '/var/lib/grafana/plugins': Permission denied GF_PATHS_DATA='/var/lib/grafana' is not writable. You may have issues with file permissions, more information here: http://docs.grafana.org/installation/docker/#migrate-to-v51-or-later

    add this instead append pcie_acs_override=8086:0151 it will separate PCI bridge and leave the other two in their own group
