Hi Guys. Is this still an issue? I am considering getting this card due to the 4x slot. I have plenty of others but they need bigger slot and i dont want to cut the end of the 4x slot to make it work Thank you in advance

It seems it's the Docker applications but was unable to figure out which one. I had turned on 1 at a time and left running for days 1 app at a time and it seems to crash but with all docker off it works fine and no crashes. I offloaded that portion to a Plex Machine I had on Linux in portainer and that was my fix. I have since then got unraid on a firewall mini PC i has spare and disabled the portainer stuff in the linux SFF PC. for docker diagnosing i had remade the docker img as well and that didnt do anything beside somehow delete the content of the docker things i had but lucky i had a backup. My best guess its some weird permission issue but the docker fix permission thing didnt fix it but it did make it happen less often. I dont use it as the main server any more due to this mess and my synology took on that role (8bay) and i recently started leaving the unraid storage server off and turn on weekly/by-weekly and it does a sync and then i turn it off. So now my mini PC does all the unraid stuff. physical 9th gen i7 with p2000 does plex, Synology main and BIG NAS (Unraid just backup)

Hi guys I am making a new Server, and I Can't recall how I fixed this issue last time. It mounts perfectly fine every time and permissions are all good but it does not automount after reboot so I have to remove and re-add every time. I dont have any user scripts on my main server. Thank you in advance for any assistance.

i tried renaming the key and activating again and i get this error.

its detecting everything above as it tells you registered to... I clone the drive if I have issues with it. (I have automated backups as well) It worked perfectly fine until I updated to latest version the other day. I think i just need someone to unlock it so i can register the new drive.

Hi guys This happened few weeks ago but I have been to busy. After the recent update my USB was blacklisted for some reason. As it was USB C I thought I use this chance to also transfer it to a normal USB Drive. I did change to the USB C one about 3 months ago as my main USB Had writing issues. I have about 10 of these drives around the house. When i started again with unraid 1-2 years ago all of these USB Drives were compatible but over time they became useless via the tool so I have been cloning when they break. I did submit a troubleshoot request when the my original key blacklisted that week when latest update came out but I have heard nothing back

where does it save the log? there is nothing in the media folder that looks right

Hi guys I have not swapped out the disks that had the issue but i did the repair instead. Infact since then I did repair on all the disks and i still have the random freeze issue. i have replaced every single component except the harddrives so far. Motherboard, ram, raid controllers, CPU, UNRAID USB, I added fans over the raid controllers for better air flow in case the 3x120 in the case and the 3x 120 intake fans were not enough as raid controllers did run a bit to warm for my liking. Personally, i think this all started about the same week as the 6.12 update and i have not had any issues for years before that. If i cant get to the bottom of this i will go back to my synology and just get an expansion for it. I have already replicated about 25tb of data to the synology in SYNC . I would like to thank anyone for any help in advance.

I Enabled the syslog, If disk 11 is the issue I will move the data out and swap out the disk as I have spares. Thank you very much for the assistance.

Hi guys. Last few months my Server has been freezing anywhere from once a day to once every week. Its running a i7 6700 32gb of ram, 2x LSI 8 Port IT Mode raid cards. I have swapped out the mother board, CPU, RAM, and the 2 raid cards and its still happening. 99% of the time the screen is just black and keyboard commands don't work so I have to force restart it. RAID check finished most of the time and has no errors I would like to thank everyone in advance for any advice as its very frustrating. I am Migrating data from multiple Synology 8 bay units. But you seem to be correct. This morning 1 mirror task finished at some point and rebuild time went back to about a day or so. So would it be fastest to turn off everything during rebuild? Including Docker etc?

Hi guys I just got back into Unraid recently and build a 20bay nas to migrating drives and data to the new NAS. I am having inconsistent or very very long rebuild times. My Last 2 drives i swapped out it took about 3-4 days from memory but for this one its just way to long. Would this procedure also be faster if i moved the data from the disks being replaced out first with Unbalance?. At the moment i had a handfull of bigger drives and will replace all the 3-6tb drives with 8TB Drives and then replace all those with 12TB+ Drives and at this rate my little exercise will take me a year plus. Also will it be faster to replace 1 drive at a time instead of 2? My Rebuild speed last few days has been 1-4MB/Sec monsta-nas-diagnostics-20221101-1227.zip I would like to thank everyone in advance.
