Hi, I am a complete noob at unraid. A friend set up my plex server and path mappings. Somehow during a container update, my path mappings got erased and the container orphaned. I didnt know I could reinstall so I did a fresh Sabnzbd install. Now im stuck. Seems like the movies are downloading to the correct place but dont move and get renamed after. I would be willing to let someone remote desktop to help me do this and can venmo or zelle some money for the time. Not sure what else to do at this point, From my standpoint and knowledge I have done all I can to resolve this issue. let me know if anyone is interested. Im sure it wont take very long for someone who knows unraid well.

Hi, I have a cache drive with a smart status fail. This started a few days ago. I am trying to run a self test but both quick and extended are not working...I click start and it just blinks once and does nothing. I am not sure if my drive is failing or if its something else. Could use some help. The cache drive is NVME and is working fine with no filesystem errors. it is also good to note that the other drives smart self test is working. Just the cache drive selftest button does nothing.

I wish i could downgrade, this has been for 2 versions. I figured an update would fix it but it didnt. That being the case even if I downgraded, I would still be on a version of unraid that has the issue...

that kind of the issue that im having. Web UI through docker wont let me leave the plex homescreen. if I use the plex.tv link without going through the docker it functions normally. and some of my movies dont show up in the movies tab but if I search them they come up in the search bar. It has to be an issue with the docker playing nice with the new unraid update. just not sure how to fix it.

I am fairly new to linux but not to plex. I am having a strange issue with the plex platform and my unraid server. My linux version is the current latest stable build and my plex docker is up to date. When I go into plex through the docker I can see my libraries but anything I click has no result and reloads the home page. When I go into plex through the plex.tv website I do not have any issues like this. Also I have a few files that are not showing in plex. I am unsure if this is an issue with a configuration or otherwise. Maybe someone can shed some light as to whats going on. Let me know if I need to send logs and how to do that as I am fairly green to all this. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

So its definitely something to do with the network settings in unraid. I got it to boot to the plex UI when I changed Bonding members of bond0: from having both Eth0 and Eth1 to only Eth0 then I changed it back and it prompted me to set it up as a new server and appears to be working now. I still have different IP's from other dockers as in the image above which makes no sense to me and I have to reshare all of my libraries to friends. I would even allow someone who knows what theyre doing to teamviewer into my pc to help with this.

No I dont. Plex was working fine and all of a sudden locked me out says i cant connect and server unavailable. I really dont know what to do at this point.

I can also note that I have 2 ethernet ports. Eth0 and Eth1 Eth1 is the only one thats plugged in and its been working for few months this way. I am not sure if its a networking issue through unraid. That makes even less sense to me in terms of possible corrections. Screenshot attached of Docker screen.

When I click the docker->WebUI I get This site can’t be reached 192.168.1.5 refused to connect. Try: Checking the connection Checking the proxy and the firewall ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED If i go to plex.tv/web the UI loads but the server is unavailable. All other apps are working properly. I cannot connect remotely or locally in any way even though the docker app for plex is running. Hope I explained that right. I also just deleted my docker image and recreated it, adding the apps back from template and all apps are fine but plex shows no change.

I think below is what you asked for. Like i mentioned I dont know much about unraid, had a friend help me set it up. So spelling things out in crayon helps until I learn my way around. Please let me know what to do next so that I can get my plex back up and running. I am new to unraid so bare with me. I have an unraid server running and everything was working fine. Suddenly my plex shows unavailable. The docker is running and no settings have changed to my knowledge. Restarting the array, machine, and docker dont seem to do anything. I could really use some help in getting it back up and running.
