  1. I reset my Bios to factory. Still gives me the reboot error. If I put in a graphics card and set it to primary instead of the igpu, it will accept it and acs override works. But the pci graphics card resolution is terrible and huge, hard to read anything.
  2. I'll check that tomorrow. It is running a parity sync right now. But also why is my number 6 disc not filling up?
  3. Deleted Libvirt Image. Still get the message everytime I reboot.
  4. I shut down the server and checked the power connectors on both cache drives and plugged the SATA cables into different ports on the motherboard and rebooted the system. The VM Settings page still says it needs to be rebooted for changes to take effect and my docker.img is now filling up 42.9 GB. tower-diagnostics-20181004-1915.zip
  5. New Diagnostics. Don't know why it did that .txt file. tower-diagnostics-20181003-1935.zip
  6. Now I am getting the error from fix common problems: /var/log is getting full(currently 100% is being used)
  7. Upgraded to 6.6.1 and all of my VM's have disappeared. If I install a new one it will be gone the next day. I need to enable PCIe ACS override so that I can isolate my gpu and it says, System must be rebooted for changes to take effect! When I reboot message is still there and IOMMU groupings are still the same. tower-diagnostics-20181002-1832.zip
  8. I am interested in doing the same thing. Did you have any luck? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Does anybody know what the idle power draw is on a 2700x? I really want to upgrade to Ryzen but I have read that the Intel chips use a lot less power. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. I'm want to upgrade my server to something more powerful and energy efficient. That can transcode 4k video for Plex. My current server: Cooler Master Case Gigabyte GA 880GM D2H motherboard Amd Phenom II X6 1055T 8Gb Corsair Vengeance Ram 6-HGST Deskstar 4TB hard drives 2- WD Blue 500GB SSD for Cache What I have so far for new server: Fractal Design R6 Case Raidmax RX-700AT Titanium power supply Cryorig H7 Cooler What motherboard and processor is recommended? Has the idle power draw problems been fixed with Ryzen? I will be connecting a 10GBE card between my server and HTPC, so I will need enough PCI-E slots to fit the SAS Controller and the NIC card.
  11. Thanks, that did it. I disabled the Plex docker and used mover before but I didn't disable the docker service. After I did that and pressed mover they are all spinning down now but the cache disc. What is the brand and size of a SSD cache drive that is recommended?
  12. The heat is one of my main concerns I think that was because the drives weren't spinning down. I installed a cache drive yesterday and now all of them are spinning down except the parity and drive 1. How do I figure out what is keeping them spun up?
  13. I am currently looking at a Supermicro X9DRi-LN4F+2U System Chassis: CSE-826A-R1200LPB -Backplane: BPN-SAS-826A I-Path Direct Attached Backplane -Bays: 12x3.5" Drive Bays -Caddies: 12x3.5" caddy PSU: 740 watt Power Supply PWS-741P-1R Platinum Motherboard: 1x X9DRi-LN4F+ -Onboard NIC: Integrated Quad Intel 1000BASE-T Ports -Management: Integrated IPMI 2.0 Management PCIe: Low Profile 4x16 PCI-E 3.0, 1x8 PCI-E 3.0, 1x4 PCI-E 3.0 (in x8) CPU: 2x Intel Xeon E5-2630L V1 (low Power) Hex (6) Core 2 GHZ Memory: 32GB DDR3 Controller: 1x LSI 9211-8i Any reasons this shouldn't work? I mainly use the server for Plex, Kodi and some file backups. I was thinking about removing one of the CPU's for right now to help with power consumption. I am currently running a AMD Phenom II x6 1055T 2.80GHz. No problems with the processing but it runs HOT and uses alot of power.
