  5. Hi guys. Log is attached. It seems that no matter what the settings, the fans will just run at full speed 😞
  6. Thanks for the response chaps. Yeah, there are no fan settings in the bios. I've Downloaded the ipmi plugin and set the fan control to 'yes'. Fans now running at full speed (circa 1600 rpm). Any recommended settings please?

  13. Hi guys. I am trying to install a replacement disk 4, however, i am having issues in errors being thrown up on the parity drive when doing so, to the point where the gui becomes unavailable. Worst case scenario is that I can afford to lose the media on this drive if need be as there wasn't a great deal on there. Would appreciate any help on this, thanks tower-diagnostics-20200813-1144.zip
  14. Ah, ok, I've been through that process since, so is it ok to disregard the above error?

  18. Hi guys and gals. I am having issues with a drive. I am unable to write to, and also cannot delete or play certain mkv files. I have run a permissions test, the results of which were numerous files under this heading:- 'The following files / folders may not be accessible to the users allowed via each Share's SMB settings. This is often caused by wrong permissions being used on new downloads / copies by CouchPotato, Sonarr, and the like:' I have subsequently run Docker Safe New Perms & New Permissions but to no avail - hoping somebody can help! Thanks
  19. Thank you for that hoopster, I will look at the heat issue first and then may well look at these cpu’s
  20. Ok, I’m with you, sounds like the issue is overheating then. Can you explain how I can combat this then?
  21. I don’t think it’s the heat so much as the average cpu load hitting 100%
  22. I’ve never done that, I’ll have to read up on what that involves
