S3 Sleep
I have enabled the dynamix S3 Sleep plugin on my server to put my server to sleep. I use WOL on my phone with a shourtcut to automaticaly wake my server up at certain times. So far so good...but i have some Toshiba drives in my array that seems to not wake up proberly after a sleep cycle. Resulting in multiple errors when reading/writing on those drives. Other drives in array (Western Digital) is all good....anyone with simular experiences and solutions?
I have an array of multiple drives primarily 3tb and 6tb with 6tb parity. One of my 3tb drives have failed, and i have bought 2 new 8tb drives. What is the right approach to this array upgrade without loosing any data?
Failed 3tb drive -> New 8tb drive -> rebuild new drive from parity -> swap parity drive from 6tb to 8tb -> build parity ->optional swap old 3tb drive with old 6tb parity.
Or should I copy content from failed 8tb drive to external drive and replace failed drive and parity drive at the same time...or perhaps another approach?

Hi,
One of my drives shows up disabled, and i'm not sure if drive is faulty or anything else is wrong.
I have attached Smart Report for the drive, and hope that someone could tell me if it is safe to rebuild the drive.
