I am able to see my snapshot but the stream does not show. Also. No matter what I set the port to it still only registers the default port 5000. I installed the DVB driver plugin and set the camera and snapshot devices to /dev/video0 and that's what ended up making the snapshot show up. The snapshot url in OctoPrint is the default http://127.0.0.1:8080/webcam/?action=snapshot and the stream url is the relative url to /webcam/?action=stream.
