FYI, I was getting these exact same errors but the database repair did not fix it, even though its said the integrity was okay. What did end up fixing it was rolling back to a previous binhex-plexpass image. More info in the post here:

Wow, thank you so much for posting this. Been tearing my hair yesterday and today. Restoring various databases, running database repairs, etc. This is what finally fixed it for me.

I’ve been on Unraid for a few years now and have gotten two of my friends on it as well. My favorite thing about it is how perfect Unraid is for homelabs. Other hypervisors expect all their customers are companies and charge the price to match. And with unraid, we get some extra features that are easy to use like file shares and docker!
