Waited some time and seems it wont generate logs is there something else i can do?

I have this problem for sometime now that after a couple days or sometimes weeks the server just gets kinda unresponsive and the only way to fix it is to force restart it which then always requires a parity check. Basically the dashboard looks normal and seems to run properly but the docker tab is just loading and if i click the restart button it shows that the server is restarting but after 1 minute or so nothing happened. Could it be that the server is just overloaded? Im trying to download diagnostics right now but idk if its stuck or supposed to take that long.

I force updated it and it now seems to work ty
