I would appreciate if you can join the HTPC forum of MeediOS.com.

In this thread, I am looking for feedback from other user. I therefore request you to start your own thread in the event you have an interest.

Why not just refer people here?  There is plenty of help and feedback here and if they come here, they are much more likely to get Tom's personal help.

Thanks for your response. I unfortunately beg to differ. If I have a unique product that I believe is filling a big gap for the customer, I would go to customer rather than wait for customer to come to me. Just my personal opinion.

 

IMHO unRaid has great feature set. Very few people at meediOS forum knew about unRaid. The thread I started at MeediOS.com generated some good interest & momentum, which may not last long unless the developer of the product keeps the ball rolling.

I believe that Tom has something else to do, like finish 4.2, at the moment.

You can keep your thread rolling, and refer to here, no need for Tom for that, I do the same in a french forum, where Tom cannot go, since I don't think is fluent in french.

I've got to concur with RockDawg that referring people here is the only way to go.

 

Sure the Meedios forum may spark some interest, but the people there are only a click away from here.  What about the various other hardware specific forums.  MPC forums?  The Oppo Forums? The numerous HTPC Forums, The TVix Forums?  The "Next Media Gadget" forums*?

 

(* sorry if I left your mediaplayer out of this list )

 

A question answered here can benefit all these various groups, we can't expect Tom to subscribe to all these different forums to answer the same type of questions on each, it isn't an efficient use of his valuable time which I also would prefer to be spent on fixing issues & updating UnRaid.
