I am having a hard time finding a way to remove apps that have been deprecated from unraid.

What are you looking to remove them from?   Being installed or from previous apps?

The former just click on the icon and say remove.   The latter click in the x in previous apps section.

doesn't show up to even do that

Then I'm not understanding what the problem is.  If you don't have them installed, then there's nothing to remove

Are you talking about dockers or are you talking about plugins?

Unraid-Nvidia

Still in settings causes errors if opened. Cannot go to apps tab to uninstall it cant see anyway to get rid of it.

OK, that is a plugin that installs a custom build of Unraid that included nvidia support. That same plugin should be able to install the stock build of Unraid without nvidia support, overwriting that custom build. Can you do that?
