Strubdog
Recently, I have had issues with my UNRAID server. I have been unable to access the GUI or navigate to it through windows. Restarting my server fixed it, but I have had to do this more than once in the last 24 hours. (Note: my temperatures on my parity drives have been pretty high as of late. They have been creeping around 43-48 C) I have attached the latest diagnostics file. Any suggestions would be appreciated. tower-diagnostics-20210130-0425.zip Quote Link to comment
JorgeB
Diags are just after rebooting, did it have the problem at that time? Quote Link to comment
Strubdog
Both times, I was unable to check the webui (no connection page) and couldn't see the sever in my file explorer. After doing a hard reboot (resetting the actual server). It came back. Not sure if I have a hardware issue or if I need to update to version 9.6. Thanks Quote Link to comment
JorgeB
Wait until it happens again then grab the diags on the console by typing "diagnostics" and post those. Quote Link to comment
Strubdog
How do I do this if I can't access the WebUI? Thanks Quote Link to comment
JorgeB
Console can be access with the keyboard/monitor or IPMI, if it's a headless server without IPMI try this. Quote Link to comment
