FreeMan
As you can see in this screen shot, the dashboard is reporting disk reads on drives that are spun down. Is there a bug causing the reads to be reported or causing the drives to be reported as spun down, or is this, somehow, expected? nas-diagnostics-20210410-1241.zip Edited April 10, 2021 by FreeMan Quote Link to comment
SimonF
Hi, reads are likely to be unraid checking drive status. Quote Link to comment

FreeMan
dynamix.cache.dirs.plg - 2020.08.03Interesting. I thought the whole, or at least half, the idea of cache.dirs was to avoid reading the drive because everything was in memory.Guess I don't fully understand, but that's OK.Thanks for the response - guess it's just never noticed that in the past. Squid
There's some comments in the support thread about not having it cache "user" but rather switching exclusively to disks instead. Quote Link to comment
