"offline uncorrectable returned to normal value"

"offline uncorrectable returned to normal value".  I got this message for a unassigned HDD

Is this an oxymoron, or am I a moron.  What does it mean?

That's the UnRAID WebUI. Gotta' love it and hate it. It's not an oxymoron because it doesn't contradict itself; it just describes a correction from a (previously unknown) failure.

Does it mean, if i am offline it is uncorrectable, but when i went online it was then able to correct?

For SMART 198 wikipedia says:
0xC6 (Offline) Uncorrectable Sector Count.

The total count of uncorrectable errors when reading/writing a sector. A rise in the value of this attribute indicates defects of the disk surface and/or problems in the mechanical subsystem.

Wikipedia does not mention "returned to normal", but it does say there is some inconsistency in what each smart code means.

It means that disk (or a previously used disk with the same identifier) had a non zero number of uncorrectable sectors and now has 0.

Ok.  So an uncorrectable sector was corrected.   I don't understand why they call it uncorrectable if it is correctable. Probably not important, so I will stop asking after this post.
