itimpi Posted July 15, 2021 Share Posted July 15, 2021 A good rule of thumb is that it will take about the same time as it does to do the first 8TB of a parity check on your system. After all a rebuild has to write every sector on the drive as fast as possible and the parity check reads every sector as fast as possible so they tend to be comparable. Quote Link to comment
