luisb565
Hi I am looking for some help to find what is taking up the space on my cache drive.. I have rebooted the server and no help. I am seeing things very slow and I suspect it is due to the cache drive. Are there any logs or anything I can show? I have already hit the mover button a few times and does nothing, All I have is a plex server and nextcloud via docker. Any help is appreciated.. Quote Link to comment
JonathanM
Shares tab, compute button will give you an idea. If you can't figure it out from that, tools, diagnostics, download the zip file and attach it to your next post in this thread, along with the screenshot of the shares tab showing which disks hold how much of each share if you want. I now have 80 gigs cause i started deleting some stuff to make room. I have done the mover multiple times and moves nothing from what I saw. any help would be appreciated. Quote Link to comment
itimpi
it appears that the 'Domains' share (presumably holding VM vdisk files) is taking up most of the space on the cache. I notice that the 'Unraid Data' share has a Split Level setting of 1 - is that intentional as it is very restrictive? It is not clear why mover is not moving the contents of that share from cache to array when run which you say is happening? Turning on mover logging; trying to run mover manually from the Main tab; and then getting new diagnostics might help with working out why. Quote Link to comment
