opentoe
One day when I wanted to check the files on my flash card and there was nothing there? Could This be a sign that this Sandisc boot media maybe starting to fault? The only way to get the files back was to reboot and reinit Quote Link to comment

The only way to get the files back was to reboot and reinit It could be but then I would expect you not to be able to write anything to the flash drive even when not using Unraid and I assume by reinit you meant rewrite its contents? Another possibility is a malicious actor. Do you have the flash drive set up to be visible on your local network? Do you have remote access to Unraid set up without using a VPN link which is normally a bad idea - using built-in WireGuard instead is the recommended approach? Quote Link to comment
opentoe
I have 0 access to my network from the outside, except for my Plex server which is not running on unraid. It is an old and original Sandisc flash stick I've had for a very long time. I may have to switch it out for a new one. Quote Link to comment
