Slightly older chipset, but from everything I can tell it should work.  I would've pounced on this (twice) but, with an estimated shipping date of: "Estimated between Tue. Apr. 5 and Mon. Apr. 11", I'm going to hold out for the new HZ03 -- maybe, depends on what Newegg charges.

Important stuff:  Sempron supported, RT 8111C NIC, AMD chipeset, 1333 DDR3 supported (only with AM3, which the Sempron 140 is), 6x SATA, 2x PCIe x16 slots, 2x PCIe x1 slots, onboard video, etc.

$63 Buy Now + Shipping (is showing me $11.99 for "standard shipping")

* Out of curiosity sakes, if you do end up buying one and if you dont mind, could you share that you did with us?  There are only 36 left (at the time of making this post).

Few weird items about this auction. First off, I was pretty sure the original AM2 socket CPU's were not compatible with the AM3 socket. Only the AM2+. Might be wrong there. But, I am almost positive no motherboard can support DDR2 and DDR3 - that is typically a function of the chipset itself. Does look to have both types though... Maybe this mobo does does some or all of this, just seems very weird, and if it does, Jetway has done some serious customization to the board and chipset controllers.

The AM2 CPU's will work so long as there is DDR2 support.  Fortunately, in the case of this mobo (not those two linked above, they are there just to show two other manufacturers that have a DDR2/DDR3 board) it supports DDR2 and DDR3.

Thanks! Talked about this with some of my buddies here and we all agreed possible, like it shows. But, just seems weird to put all that effort into a mobo to support that wide of devices (DDR2 and DDR3) and sockets (AM2 and AM3)... Compatible sure, but how stable I wonder. :) Be interesting to see if anyone has this board and how well it performs.
