INCREMENTAL OR SYNC BACKUP - UNASSIGNED DEVICES by bdrtec

Featured Replies

Ladies and Gentlemen...

These scripts do incremental or sync backup to:
   - PLUG & PLAY devices or FIXED devices
   - Local Folders
   - Drive (google, microsoft, etc)

It's possible to schedule how often and what type of the backup will be done.

When the backup start, you'll be notified by the email. When it finishes, too.

Hi! I would love to try this out. Any chance on providing a youtube video detailing the install and use process?

Great idea is it possible to add a custom command before mounting distant device ?

And to un mount device once backup is finished ?

I need to send WakeOnLine command to backup server to "wake" it, wait 4 or 5 minutes then mount the device with nfs, then unmount the device once sync is done...

Hey @Braulio,

It is really nice of you sharing the script with us, I tried to run the script but it didn't work as expected, I check the logs and not further messages besides script started and script ended were provided. Anyways, the script should be created at "User Scripts >> Add New Script" or under the ext device, at Main menu, then "Settings" of the ext drive, then "Device Script"?

I answered wrong (deleted).
You want backup between servers.
Really Luckbackup is better for this.
