November 23, 20214 yr One oddity with the VMs tab is that for some reason all the disks have to spin up for some users before anything happens. Is this happening to you? It easily explains the 9 second

November 23, 20214 yr Author If i monitor the main and check the reads and writes i am not seeing disk activity when accessing the VM tab, only place i see something happening is on the Flash drive
December 6, 20214 yr Author Update: Turns out it was the USB was on its way out, replaced and all issues have dissappeared
