Unraid Server - Unable to provision Certificate

Featured Replies

Hi,

When clicking the provision button, it just whirls around and doesn't display an error. I've checked the management access settings and SSL/TLS is set to AUTO, I have also tried changing the DNS settings to google i.e 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4 but no joy.

My router is a Asus RT-AC87U, I can't find any dns binding protection being used I also tried to flash it with the Merlin firmware but for some reason didn't update.

Lastly I made sure 443 was closed and mentioned in previous threads but still no joy, I also tried setting up pihole as a workaround but that too gave the same problem, it also caused the my server plugin to intermittently disconnect.

Any help would be great as I'm a bit lost with this one.

Thanks

Same issue here...

I am also seeing this same issue on a brand new build of 6.9.2.

Seems to have worked now, I haven't changed anything since I raised this ticket. Today I ran unraid-api restart in terminal twice to get 'My Server' working after a Graphpl error.

I'm also having this issue. Anyone figure out what's causing it?

Currently waiting on a resolution in the thread below. Apparently my SSL Cert requests has been borked and waiting to see if the team can get it resolved.

having exact same issue on two unraid servers tonight.  Tried the restart command but no avail

so just tried again and it worked.. so maybe something was down over the weekend..
