Fan Speed - Help!

So yesterday i set up system temp that looks good it is reporting correctly.

 

Then i tried to setup autofan control and when i click detect on PWM fan (i have 3 options in the drop down they all yield the same results) i get this.

I dont know how to fix that but ever since setting up temp and trying to setup autofan control one of my fans has been going at over 5000 RPM, its never done this before, i tried a reboot to see if it level off but it did not and i do not want it to continue to run like this.
