Pandemic
I've been an unraid user for the past 7-8 years and it's typically run quite well. I've updated my old core2duo machine to the following: i3-10100 cpu Gigabyte z590 ud ac motherboard 32gb ram Same Supermicro AOC-SASLP-MV8 x2 15 SATA bays Now, I'm having a massive issue configuring the motherboard to boot from the Unraid USB. I've tried legacy support but nothing is successful so far. Do I need to focus on anything regarding the Unraid USB drive or is it all motherboard BIOS specific? Quote Link to comment

Rename the EFI- folder on the unRAID USB flash drive to just EFI (no '-' character at the end). Also in your BIOS you may need to specify UEFI:[name of flash device} as the boot device instead of just {name of flash device}. Quote Link to comment
Pandemic
I removed the "-" and it seems that did the trick - thanks for that advice! Quote Link to comment
