juandp77 Posted January 24, 2022 Share Posted January 24, 2022 Hello everybody, since a few weeks back after a power outage in my house I´m not able to start my vms with my gpu (NVIDIA 1080Ti), this is the error that I get: qemu-system-x86_64: -device vfio-pci,host=0000:01:00.0,id=hostdev0,bus=pci.5,addr=0x0,romfile=/mnt/disk1/isos/vbios/gtx1080ti.rom: Failed to mmap 0000:01:00.0 BAR 3. Performance may be slow 2022-01-24T12:13:08.849907Z qemu-system-x86_64: vfio_region_write(0000:01:00.0:region3+0x40a8, 0x2bffaf01,8) failed: Device or resource busy Any ideas? ghost82 Posted January 24, 2022 Share Posted January 24, 2022 If you are booting unraid in uefi mode, if in your syslog you find errors like bar x can't reserve, device or resource busy, if you run cat /proc/iomem and you will find efifb listed, then probably yes, it's the solution.
