May 4, 20224 yr Hi there, every second time i klick on "Mark Forum As Read" it gave me the message "Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again." Thr Browser doesn't matter. This issue exists on Mac's with Safari, Firefox, Chrome ans on Windows with Edge and Firefox also. On mobiles and tablets, too.
May 6, 20224 yr Can't say that I ever saw that. Hopefully the error code can help @SpencerJ and the team go the the bottom of this.

OK- I can reach out to the forum devs to see if this is a known issue. Could you try an incognito browser or clear your cache to ensure this isn't a cacheing issue? Thanks in advance
May 7, 20224 yr Author The problem is, it doesen't happen all the time. Just one of ten times, i think. If i check it with incognito browser several times it could be okay. But in fact it is not. Because i had to do it one more time to see the issue. Hope you understand what i mean...
October 31, 20232 yr Author A year and a half later, the problem still exists. Could you already find out what the error code means? I visit the forum from both home (Mac) and work (Windows). I am logged in on both systems. Could it possibly be due to switching between the systems? I noticed that when I arrive at the office in the morning and visit the forum, the first attempt to mark the forums as read provokes this error message. With the second attempt it works then mostly. If I am then in the afternoon again at home, and visit the forum from there, the problem occurs again at the first attempt.
May 8, 20242 yr Author Solution Even though I have not solved the problem, I am now marking my thread as a solution. Because it seems the new Forum-Software solved the issue.
