CptRetro
Hi all, I created Windows 11 VMs several times yesterday and noticed that the VMs are missing the NIC after creation. Do you know the problem? Quote Link to comment

JorgeB
VM config is not showing the Network section, below the sound card, do you have any network bridges created? Quote Link to comment
CptRetro
Have those configured Quote Link to comment
JorgeB
It wasn't showing in the first screenshot, also note that you have to bridge the NIC(s), e.g., br0, to have Internet access on the VM. Quote Link to comment
CptRetro
During the creation of the VM the NIC can be seen. However, the NIC disappears as soon as the VM is created Quote Link to comment
JorgeB
Enable bridge in network settings and then use br0 as the VM NIC. Quote Link to comment
CptRetro
Bridging is already enabled Quote Link to comment

CptRetro
I've disaabled and enabled bridging and now it works 1 Quote Link to comment
