Darrell
Hello fellow Unraid users, I noticed this issue over the past month or so. It may be related to an upgrade to 6.10.3, but I'm not 100% sure. Every week or so the server becomes unresponsive and requires a hard reboot. I am not able to to log into the terminal, or use the power button to have Unraid shutdown gracefully. The last time I did a hard reboot, I typed in this command: tail /var/log/syslog -f as suggested by this thread I've attached a picture of what was left in the terminal before doing another hard boot. Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to resolve this issue? Thanks Edited July 8, 2022 by Darrell adding picture Quote Link to comment
JorgeB
Enable the syslog server and post that and the full diagnostics after the next crash. Quote Link to comment

Darrell
I came across this post which sounds a lot like the symptoms I'm experiencing I changed macvlan to ipvlan and I'll report back in a week or so Edited July 12, 2022 by Darrell Quote Link to comment
Solution Darrell Posted July 16, 2022 Author Solution Share Posted July 16, 2022 (edited) It's been 10 days and I haven't had a kernel panic lockup (knock on wood). It appears that the change from macvlan to ipvlan has resolved my issue. Edited July 17, 2022 by Darrell 2 Quote Link to comment
