Additional Disk Management options.

I would like to request the following options be reviewed and added to Unraid.

 

1) Allow power management of SSDs(Spindown) for power savings.

2) Allow power management of NVMEs via nvme-cli for power savings*

3) Reduce spindown attempts on devices that don't support spindown.

4) Allow setting spindown timer for Unassigned Devices.

 

*Started looking to NVME but only have one device to review, currently looks like my machine is set to PS = 3
