Randomly lose connection / server slows to a crawl

attached is my diagnostic.

basically intermittently all of my dockers will become unresponsive and take forever to load any action, im talking very frequently. the webui is also very slow and unresponsive. it's weird because i will notice that there is barely any disk or cpu activity taking place during all this.

Does it get responsive if you stop the docker service? If yes try stopping one docker at a time.

honestly i think its nextcloud then. ive tried everything. 😞

in my logs do u see all that shit going on with my network adapter changing modes or something? what is going on there? do u have any idea
