No devices can see shares or server - Windows/Android/Ubuntu/MacOS

I am new to Unraid and I'm trying to setup shares on the server. I have created them, made them Public (for now, just trying to establish connectivity). I cannot see them on any of my network devices, I've tried on Windows 10, my Android phone, my Ubuntu machine, and my old Mac Mini. None can see the server, when I type the hostname (HNAS) and/or IP address nothing happens, or it will say inaccessible.  i have OpenMediaVault on a VM that is working just fine and that all my devices can see. I'm coming from a QNAP NAS that also worked fine out of the box. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

I've tried stopping and starting the array, rebooting the entire machine (running on Dell R510). I've ensure SMB is enabled in settings. I've exhausted most of the troubleshooting steps in the Pinned 'Windows 10 Issues' thread, and nothing has worked - but also note other OSes cannot see it either.  I can ping the machine and they have network connection. I can access the WebUI just fine.

That setting means it will not be visible or accessible on the network.    You need it set to Yes to see it on the network.

Sorry guys, I should have looked more closely. I saw that the "Yes Hidden" tooltip said it should would be hidden - so in my monkey logic I assumed No would mean visible. I should have gotten more sleep. thanks for the guidance!
