Problem are these repeating errors:

Aug 1 21:22:28 Onibi kernel: pcieport 0000:00:01.1: AER: Corrected error received: 0000:06:00.0
Aug 1 21:22:28 Onibi kernel: mpt3sas 0000:06:00.0: PCIe Bus Error: severity=Corrected, type=Physical Layer, (Receiver ID)
Aug 1 21:22:28 Onibi kernel: mpt3sas 0000:06:00.0: device [1000:0086] error status/mask=00000001/00002000
Aug 1 21:22:28 Onibi kernel: mpt3sas 0000:06:00.0: [ 0] RxErr

First try this and/or using the HBA in a different PCIe slot and if that doesn't help see if you can suppress the errors.

Oh so it's the HBA then! But it seems to be working fine so far.

Sorry I'm a bit of a noob with Unraid but where exactly is the sys configuration file that I need to add pcie_aspm=off to?

Click on the flash drive and add it to the default boot option, like this:

Then reboot.

P.S. just noticed thy I linked the same post twice above, if you need to suppress the error it's here.

pcie_aspm=off did the trick. Thanks a lot!
