Thanks for your supports, I've moved data from disk 13, 14 and make a new config. After do that now I can make folders on my unRAID.

Run a scrub on disks 22 and 23, others look OK for now.

Look at the syslog for the list of corrupt files, for example:

md22 means disk22, then delete/restore those files from backups, when all files are deleted or replaced run another scrub to confirm there are no more errors.
