November 17, 20223 yr I am unable to activate the remote access feature on my server. Ive removed the my.server plugin completely ive signed out and signed in many times ive deleted the 0 bit files ive checked my dns i dont have the preclear plugin installed. Im not sure what else to try.

Im not sure what else to try. 1, Make sure your WAN can get public ip, but not private ip from ISP. 2, Make sure you’ve configured your router with correct port forwarding to your unRaid server.
November 17, 20223 yr Author What do you mean get a public IP not a private IP from ISP. I dont even get to the part for the ports before it fails. Also attached is the diagnostic files. ray-diagnostics-20221117-0911.zip

November 17, 20223 yr Author This is the error I get. I've restarted it, deleted it, reinstalled it. basically tried everything and it still docent work. I've tried the fixes in the other threads as well.
