Yes, when there is a problem, the display screen will not show any letters. Only when I press it, the shutdown will be displayed

That screenshot strongly suggests that something running on the server initiated the shutdown.

 

You should enable the syslog server so that you can get a log that survives the shutdown/reboot sequence.    That might help narrow down the culprit.
