Caveat venditor

All they had to do was have the standard good faith disclaimer saying they take all efforts to list accurate prices/info, but they are ultimately not responsible for typographical errors.  That's pretty standard fare for resellers.  You will see that fine print on most printed advertisements too. 

 

Once again, this whole thing is much ado about nothing.  But there's a whole lot of spinning in this thread just to try to justify why the company couldn't have just been honest.
