Server continues to be powered but Unraid crash

Hello to all. I have a problem with my Unraid server. This one is down and unfortunately I have no access to my dockers (Plex). I have another problem, unfortunately I'm 1000km away from the server and I can't do anything physically on it. I managed to download a diagnostic just before it crashed, I hope it will be useful for you. Thanks to all for your help

Enable the syslog server and post that after a crash.

Thank you for taking the time to look at my file. I enabled the syslog option like you told me and my server crashed again so I have the new diag file here.

The permanent syslog doesn't come with the diags, you need to get the file from wherever you set it to save to.

Sorry I didn't understand I had the wrong file. But here it is, I hope it will be useful for you.

Unfortunately there's nothing relevant logged, this usually suggests a hardware problem, I also see that disk3 appears to be failing, you can confirm by running an extended SMART test, but that should not make the server crash.
