Slow Disk Speed after replacing a disk?

Hello all, Im was hoping to get some help diagnosing very slow (10-25MB/s) data rebuild speeds on my system after I replaced a drive that failed last week.

In the disk logs I see I have the following errors on couple of my drives.

I have some new SATA cables and a new SAS/SATA PCIE card coming hopefully this weekend as that was the only thing I have not tried replacing from my SATA PCIE expansion card.

Any suggestions or Ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Thanks for the reply, I had taken a Marvell 9215 SATA expander from a previous system when building my unraid server and haven’t noticed issues until rebuilding the array…

will swapping to an LSI LSI00301 SAS/sata card be the solution? Or would you recommend another part?

thank you
