I have replaced a parity drive and the parity rebuild has started, but it is going extremely slow.

I have turned off all VMs and Dockers to see if that would help and no positive gains.

Would appreciate any thoughts you might have.

    You are getting continual resets of several of your drives (showing in logs as ata28, ata29, ata33).   I would carefully check all cabling (power and SATA) to your drives.
