Please open a web terminal and run:

unraid-api restart

Then wait 30 seconds and reload the webgui. Does that solve it?

I tried this many times since many days. Unfortunately, does not work for me 😞

I am wondering if I can setup all network settings incl. certificates from scratch.

Are you behind a firewall? It seems that something is blocking your server's ability to connect to https://mothership.unraid.net . This is very unlikely to be an Unraid setting.

Nor really, I have more the feeling in the meantime, that I have a DNS issue somewhere

Open a web terminal on your server and run this:

wget --output-document - https://mothership.unraid.net

then paste the output back here.
